ABOUT US:

Established in Southend, 'Favrile' is a stained glass studio offering contemporary art in the form of stunning leaded panels, tiffany work, acid etching and hot glass work incorporating unique contemporary wall art and fine jewellery. In addition to this we offer a repair and restoration service for traditional leaded light windows. We also work to commission.

'Favrile' are now offering a working studio with tuition courses in lead work and tiffany style copper foiling. Learn how to cut glass, lead and solder panels. Alternatively you may wish to learn how to fuse and slump glass in the kiln creating stunning jewellery using dichroic glasses.

Tuition ranges from a single day condensed course, to ten week courses. Enrolment vouchers are also available for courses making the ideal gift with all materials free for your initial project and unlimited kiln use throughout. Learn many traditional and contemporary techniques by a fully qualified City & Guilds trained tutor.

Due to popular demand we also have on site a studio shop selling everything you need in stained glass supplies, from individual sticks of solder, glass or even kilns.
